The City of Stars, New Junction was built by the Sanctum as a last refuge of law and order. Here the peace is kept by the strong arm of Quinn Starr, a former outlaw bandit. She is as beautiful as they come, but as deadly as a Ferungan pit viper. New Junction has it's own power station, wind farm, hydro-dampeners, and solar funnel. The city is well known for it's casino, the Silver Starr.
